Alabaster is what the vile was made of that Mary chose to break open and spill out at the feet of Jesus, having been filled with a costly fragrance.

This world can be a cruel place, and all of us experience brokenness at one time or another. Our attitude towards that crushing – what we choose to do with what spills out – and where it spills out – is up to us. The bible tells us that the One who created us is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalms 34:18).

My life story is also one of being broken and spilled out. I can tell you that allowing Him to enter and transform that pain is an amazing personal experience that took me through to the other side and beyond. I know it can for you too. I have chosen to let my life be poured out at Jesus’ feet – a symbol of lavish love and passion for my Savior, the LIVING GOD.

I pray my posts will have a positive impact on you and your journey, and inspire you towards an authentic, close relationship with Jesus the Messiah, Son of God as well.
